Gratitude as an attitude all the way

Muse with MAG: Do you have an attitude of gratitude? (16.1.2020)

I DO! From as early as I can remember I have preferred being grateful than grumpy. And I came to to spend the night with my soul sister at the hospital, she was admitted for head hammers ( don’t know how else to quality such headaches which land you in hospital. Three days prior I visited her at her cozy home and we even sat on her bed gisting before moving on to her comfy sitting room to watch some TV show she likes. Last night, she was having a drip and a difficult time sleeping, while I was on her bedside and had my sports mat to lie on intermittently. This morning, I looked at that mat and said ‘am grateful I have you, and wouldn’t ever worry about the thickness of my mattress at home again’ and added lol to that. Well, I really mean in every circumstances we can find reason to be grateful an not grumpy. I am tired and need some sleep and if possible a massage, but am so grateful I could come spend the night with my darling before her family comes in this morning. Friends aren’t only to go hang out or spend money on/for each other. It had been years I spent such a night in a hospital with the lights on all night o hahahaha. To each their own appreciation of life o, just my musings. Have a Terrific Thursday world and may God bless us all AMEN.

Marie Angele Abanga (simplified to Marie Abanga) aka MAG likes to describe herself as a “Jacqueline of several trades”. She is an everyday woman and mother with a zigzag profile. Let’s give it a try! She is an Activist, an Author, a Coach, a Consultant, a Feminist, a Lawyer, a Lecturer, a Prince 2 Project Manager, a Psychotherapist, a Philanthropist, a minister of the Word of God and...! She just loves to sum it up by saying she is a person of passions and a tale of talents. Her life’s journey has filled over 6 books already and her three musketeers keep her busy at home. MAG is also the founder and CEO of the association Hope for the Abused and Battered, and the Country Director of the Gabriel Bebonbechem Foundation for Epilepsy & Mental wellbeing. The plethora of life's experiences and shenanigans she has lived through and learned from in near 4 decades of existence, have equipped her with such an arsenal to coach, train and motivate just any and everyone. She is so charismatic, dynamic and full of life, going by her designed mantra of 3Ds: Determination; Discipline and Dedication. These sum her+her quest to be the best version of herself and impact others perfectly. She attributes all her wealth of knowledge to her conscientious attendance of both informal and formal school.
